Providelabs Corporation was founded in 2019 with general construction at its core. Management and financial consultancy followed in 2020, with platform creation added in 2023.

Our work now brings together management and consultancy, fintech and gaming support, regulatory coordination, I.T. services and construction. That breadth gives us different ways to help, while keeping the focus on the client's actual requirement.

Davis de Leon

Davis de Leon, President of Providelabs Corporation, brings a relationship-led approach to the company's consultancy, technology and construction work. He represents Providelabs in business discussions and industry gatherings, with an emphasis on understanding what clients need and building lasting connections. His involvement extends to community initiatives in Taytay, including support for senior citizens, rice distribution and relief visits. That hands-on presence reflects a company culture that values personal relationships, practical support and responsibility beyond business.

Director & Corporate Secretary

Luke Matthew de Leon

Luke Matthew de Leon brings experience across fintech, virtual currency, venture capital, I.T. operations and executive support for AI-enabled businesses. His background spans regulatory coordination, corporate governance, technology procurement, infrastructure oversight and collaboration with public- and private-sector stakeholders. He has also supported U.S.-based senior leaders, strengthening executive workflows, coordinating international engagements and turning complex priorities into practical next steps. With an academic foundation in economics and international development, he brings both commercial perspective and attention to detail to his role as Director and Corporate Secretary of Providelabs Corporation, helping connect client needs with the right people, processes and follow-through.
